* This figure represents the combined value of all your assets (excluding NFTs) converted to USD.
* A 24-hour history chart (excluding NFTs) allows you to track how your net worth has fluctuated throughout the day.

**NFTs Summary:**

* We've incorporated estimated NFT valuations into your portfolio, providing a general idea of your NFT collection's worth. This valuation is primarily based on the floor price of attributes associated with each NFT. ***Note:*** NFT summary can be disabled in your portfolio settings if desired.<br>

WOW3 categorizes your Ronin Network assets into 7 sections to provide a clear breakdown of your holdings. This guide explains what each category represents and helps you visualize your portfolio distribution with a handy pie chart.

**1. Wallet:**

This section displays all the tokens currently held within your Ronin Wallet.

**2. Staking:**

Here, you'll find a summary of your staking activities on the Ronin Network, including assets like RON and AXS, along with the rewards you've earned. This section references information from platforms like [RON Staking](https://app.roninchain.com/staking) and [AXS, Land Staking](https://stake.axieinfinity.com/).

**3. NFTs:**

This category showcases all your NFT collections, encompassing NFTs obtained from [Mavis Market](https://marketplace.skymavis.com/) and [App.Axie](https://app.axieinfinity.com/).&#x20;

You might see a slight difference in the number of NFTs displayed on WOW3 compared to [Ronin Explorer](http://app.roninchain.com). This is because NFT data on the Ronin Network can be quite large.

Our data is constantly syncing in the background. This is a known quirk of the Beta version, and we're working on a seamless solution.

**4. Farming:**

This section details the Liquidity Pools (LPs) you've utilized for farming purposes on [Katana](https://katana.roninchain.com/).

**5. Liquidity Pool:**

Here, you'll find the assets you've contributed to various liquidity pools supported by [Katana](https://katana.roninchain.com/).

**6. Lending:**

This category display all your DeFi lending and borrowing activities, including those facilitated through [Metalend](https://metalend.tech/). Additionally, any staked assets on Metalend will be shown here.

**7. Delegation (New on Ronin Network):**

This section provides information on any NFTs you've delegated through [Delegate Axie Infinity platform](https://delegate.axieinfinity.com/). As delegation is a relatively new feature on the Ronin Network, information in this category may be limited initially.

**8. Vesting:**

# Terms of Service (TOS)

1. **Acceptance of Terms**\
   By purchasing or activating WOW3 Premium (“Premium”), you agree to these Terms of Service, along with WOW3’s General Terms and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the purchase.
2. **Description of Service**\
   WOW3 Premium is a subscription-based upgrade that unlocks enhanced features across the WOW3 platform, including but not limited to:
   * Exclusive data tools and insights
   * Access to WOW3 AI Suite (when launched)
   * Advanced portfolio and chat features
   * Chika NFT Premium activation benefits
3. **Eligibility**

* You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
* A valid Ronin wallet connection is required for activation.
* Premium access is tied to the wallet used during purchase and is non-transferable.

4. **Payment & Pricing**

* All payments are made in supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., RON, USDC) via the WOW3 payment portal.
* Prices are listed in crypto and may fluctuate based on exchange rates.
* Network fees (gas) are the responsibility of the user and are non-refundable.

5. **Activation & Duration**

* Premium is activated immediately upon successful blockchain transaction confirmation.
* Subscription term will be clearly stated at purchase (e.g., 30 days, 90 days, 1 year, lifetime).
* Expired subscriptions require reactivation to maintain benefits.

6. **Non-Transferability**

* Premium benefits are locked to the wallet address used at purchase and cannot be transferred, sold, or reassigned.

7. **Termination & Suspension**\
   WOW3 reserves the right to suspend or revoke Premium access without refund in cases of:
   * Fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform
   * Violation of WOW3 Terms or applicable laws
   * Engaging in activities that harm the WOW3 ecosystem
8. **Disclaimer of Liability**

* WOW3 Premium is a digital service with benefits subject to platform development and roadmap changes.
* Certain perks may vary over time.
* WOW3 is not liable for any losses due to blockchain transaction errors, wallet breaches, or market volatility.


# Refund Policy

1. **General Rule – No Refunds**\
   Due to the nature of blockchain transactions, all Premium purchases are final and non-refundable once the transaction is confirmed on-chain.
2. **Refund Exceptions**\
   Refunds will only be considered in the following rare cases:

* Double Payment – Verified accidental duplicate transactions for the same wallet within 5-7 days.
* Service Failure – If Premium fails to activate due to a verified technical error on WOW3’s side and cannot be resolved within 72 hours.

3. **Non-Refundable Cases**\
   Refunds will not be issued for:

* Change of mind after purchase
* Incorrect wallet address used during purchase
* Inability to use Premium due to user’s technical issues or incompatible wallets
* Loss of access due to wallet breach or private key loss
* Any claim made after 7 days from purchase date

4. **How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)**

* Contact WOW3 Support via \[support email or Discord link]
* Provide transaction hash, wallet address, and reason for refund
* WOW3 will review the claim within 7 business days and respond with approval or denial

5. **Refund Method**

* Approved refunds will be processed in the same cryptocurrency used for payment, minus applicable network fees.

### What is WOW3 Chat?

WOW3 Chat is an interactive feature available on PC and mobile web that allows users to view and engage with other community members' portfolios. By logging in with your wallet, you can initiate conversations, exchange insights, and seek investment advice. This feature fosters stronger connections between crypto enthusiasts by facilitating seamless communication. The first version of WOW3 Chat supports only Ronin wallet login.

With WOW3 Chat, you can:

* Send and receive messages.
* Share photos, portfolios, NFTs, Tokens and even make NFT offers directly within the chat.
* Adjust privacy settings to determine who can send you messages.
* See message read receipts to know when your messages have been viewed.

### How to Log In to Chat on WOW3

Follow these steps to log in to WOW3 Chat:

1. Open the WOW3 platform.
2. Navigate to the **Chat** option from the side menu.
3. You will be prompted to log in with your Ronin wallet.
4. After logging in, complete the **continue as** step, which is required to fetch your encryption key.
5. Once this step is completed, you can start chatting with other users.

#### How to Find Your Direct Messages

1. In the WOW3 platform, click **Chat** from the side menu.
2. You will see a list of recent messages. Select the name of the user you wish to chat with.

#### How to Send a Direct Message

To send a message:

1. Tap **Chat** on the side menu of the WOW3 app.
2. Select a recent chat from the **Messages** list or search for a new user.
3. Type your message. You can also use the **emoji** icon to add emojis, stickers, or GIFs.
4. Send by pressing **Enter.**

In the event of a tie in points, the system will prioritize rankings based on the following criteria:

1. **Ranked by Points (primary):** Your accumulated points will be the main factor in determining your rank.
2. **Number of Followers:** If points are tied, the number of followers will be considered next. This is recorded daily at 00:00 UTC and at the event's end.
3. **Estimated Net Worth:** If both points and followers are tied, your estimated net worth will be the deciding factor. This is also recorded daily at 00:00 UTC and at the event's end.
4. **Participation Time:** Lastly, if all the above factors are tied, the time of participation will be considered, measured in seconds.

This ranking system ensures fair and competitive standings.

* This campaign is open to all WOW3 users who sign up to join the campaign during the Early User Campaign period.
* Multiple accounts per user are strictly prohibited.

**Fair Play:**

* Any attempts to manipulate the campaign mechanics through automated bots, scripts, or other unethical means will result in disqualification.
* Activities that harm the WOW3 platform or its users, such as spamming, offensive language, or disruptive behavior, will not be tolerated.
* WOW3 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including account suspension or disqualification.

**Reward Eligibility:**

3. **How are leaderboard ranks determined?**

If multiple users have the same Total Points at the end or during the campaign, the No. of Followers will be used for ranking. If Total Points and No. of Followers are equal, Est. Net Worth will be used. If those are still equal, the Participation time count, measured in seconds, will be used. **Note:** *No. of Followers & Est. Net Worth will be recorded every 24 hours at 00:00 UTC and at the end time of the events to determine the final rank.*&#x20;

4. **When will the rewards be announced?**

The list of winners will be announced about 7 days after the campaign ends. We are diligently working on the private sale slot and WOW3 token airdrop but still cannot finalize the amount and timeline at this moment. Conducting a TGE requires tasks like finalizing tokenomics, partnering with token sale partners, etc. Please stay updated by following our community channels for announcements.

5. **How can I become eligible to earn rewards?**
